Packages are generally dispatched within one month and a half after receipt of payment. In France, they are shipped via Colissimo, Chronopost or Fedex. Your international shipments are entrusted to Fedex only.

Whether by post, by courier (Paris and suburbs) or for orders collected by you at 29 rue Duret, no shipping costs are applied.

We deliver your orders anywhere in the world: Africa, Americas, Asia, Australia, Europe, Middle East & Russia.

A product can be exchanged only in case of a manufacturing defect. In the case of online orders, goods must be returned unmarked in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by a copy of the invoice.

Your goods are repaired between 2 and 4 weeks following their reception at Maison Duret Paris.

The delivery costs are refunded to you when you return your goods. The refund is made within 15 working days.

It is possible to proceed to the payment of your order by credit card, by PayPal or by bank transfer. The production of your belt or accessory starts as soon as you place your order if you pay by credit card or as soon as we receive your bank transfer, if applicable.

Our leathers come from the largest French tanneries. In the respect of our craft, natural pigments are used to fix the colors.

Our skins are chosen with rigor and precision. Of superior quality, they are ennobled thanks to a mastery of materials and colors.

The major French tanneries from which Duret Paris sources its products are regularly inspected. If their seriousness and reputation are well known, Duret Paris also defends an ethical chic by working exclusively with certified and controlled exotic skins. Crocodile, ostrich or python skins come from the United States, Australia, South Africa or Israel.

Linen threads are known for their strength. These noble materials ensure a perfect seal at each stitch when heat-coated with beeswax. Natural and environmentally friendly, Duret Paris linen threads are dyed with natural pigments.

Patinas are a true trademark of Duret Paris and bring uniqueness to our products. It is a handmade know-how, combining natural pigments, beeswax and mink oil that our craftsmen master perfectly for the great pleasure of our customers.

The hot gilding is done by a master craftsman in Paris. It is possible to add a personalized touch to your leather goods by engraving your initials or those of your loved one.

Our buckles are machined from brass and then hand polished to finish. With a thickness of 5 microns, they can be galvanized in gold, palladium or ruthenium..
