Returns policy
We accept returns under certain circumstances.
Please note that we do not refund our handmade belts, bags or small leather goods.
We commit to repair them within 2 to 4 weeks.
Please note we only accept returns if the product has a manufacturing defect. Returns of damaged or marked goods that have been damaged or marked by the carier or by the client.
If returning online orders, goods must be in pristine condition and sent in their original packaging with a copy of the invoice.
Returning a package

Turnaround Time for Repairs
We will refund the delivery costs you pay to return your goods.
