The delivery costs, which are payable by the customer, are indicated to the latter during the summary of the order before its validation. They are expressed inclusive of all taxes and are added to the selling price of the products.

5- payment options

The payment of the purchases is carried out at the time of the placing of the order, by bank card (Credit card, Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, American express) or by means of a PayPal account.

The order is usually shipped 4 weeks after receipt of payment.

A home delivery in Paris is also possible by courier.

The item must be returned in its original condition, as any item returned incomplete, damaged or soiled cannot be accepted.

The costs and risks related to the return are the responsibility of the Customer.

Subject to the conditions mentioned above, Duret Paris will reimburse as soon as possible the amount including all taxes of the item returned to the Customer. The refund will be made by the same means of payment as the one used for the initial transaction.

8- Condition related to customized items

Duret Paris also offers a customization service for certain products.

In the case of a personalized request or a custom-made belt, the right of withdrawal previously indicated cannot be exercised in accordance with the provisions of Article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code.

For special requests or custom padding, the customer cannot exchange or return the delivered items, nor be refunded.

These items have a longer order processing time than items manufactured without personalization, 5 weeks.

9- After sales

The after-sales service is in charge of carrying out repairs due to wear and tear of the articles, but also repairs within the framework of the legal guarantees.

10- legal guarantees - liability - force majeure

The items offered for sale on the Site comply with the regulations in force and are subject to the warranty conditions provided by law.

These guarantees are twofold: on the one hand, the legal guarantee of conformity provided by articles L.217-4 and following of the Consumer Code and on the other hand the legal guarantee against hidden defects of articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.

Duret Paris is not responsible for the non-fulfillment of all or part of its obligations in the event of a case of force majeure as defined by positive law. Duret Paris declines all responsibility for any difference in color between the photograph of the product presented on the screen and the actual color of the product, as differences in color may legitimately exist between the screen and reality.

Duret Paris is not responsible for the non-performance of all or part of its obligations in the event of a case of force majeure as defined by positive law. In this case, Duret Paris must inform its customer of the difficulties encountered, in which case the customer may, if the difficulties persist for more than 30 days, be reimbursed for his order under the same conditions as those set forth in Article 7 hereof.

Duret Paris undertakes to take all necessary precautions to protect the confidentiality of the information provided by the Clients.

Any dispute that may arise between the parties, after the failure of an amicable settlement of the dispute, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Grande Instance de Paris.

The Customer has the right to access, modify, rectify and oppose the information provided.
